received his bachelor degree in Chemistry from St. Cloud State University and his medical degree from the University of Minnesota. He interned at Sioux Valley Hospital, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and completed his surgical residency at Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska. He is married with two children. Hobbies include amateur theatre, gardening, martial arts and writing.
